how about these turbo's? I was at the shakedown at E-town last weekend. The blown pro-mod, nitrous pro-mod and drag radial records fell.

i'm a fan of twinscrew/roots blower cars myself. of course turbos have more potential for overall power--but i like my power to come on instantly, predictably, and especially at low rpms. i drive my car on the street primarily, and am not revving to 6k rpms constantly. i might just decide to punch it at 2000rpms and its nice to know i have over 500lb/ft at such a low rpm.

to each their own--there's no right answer

well i say turbo, but i have never even driven one :(

i had a gtp and have driven many other supercharged vehicles. but never turbocharged or any shit with nitrous

but yeah, depending on the application and setup and whatnot shit will vary, but i guess for my answer i will go with TURBO

Personally

Turbo - How else can you make a 2.0 make 300awhp daily driven?

Blower - I loved the sound and power the monte had when i stomped on it

NA - Push it it's there

Nitrous - I have to pay to play every time?

Now If I ever get to the point of building my next toy I want a Turbo V8

It a bone stock 5.0L motor with a turbo on it. What else is there.

Its not bone stock unless that motor is out of a 1993 cobra that is the only motor that had that intake...

And for those of you that are gonna say 94/95 did well it doesnt have the elbow on so I got you covered

ha just playin man, I want to see that thing in action

after owning turbo cars, it's hard to drive anything else...it just feels so nice. especially when you go with a large turbo and get some more lag...then you get even more of the anticipation of having the car spool up faster and faster...then BAM! the kick in the pants of full boost.

the daily is supercharged, and it makes me miss my S4, instant power is nice, but again i like the lag and build of boost feeling.

N/A is to lateral, it's almost boring.

Nitrous is nice for a little boost, but yea, it's limited to the size of your bottle and your wallet that week.

i can say this, sams 5.0 is stone stock...untill he gets inthere im sure

stimmel the only way to know what motor is in that car is to look at the heads...with they are 3 bars then is 93 cobra. im thinking the cobra intake was used cause it just plain flows better then the stock ho intake
