Dave1647545494
that 18" size you posted will be just as wide as the 20" and about 2.25" shorter
SLOWLX
So you think the will fit?
Cordell
If the offset is really close they should fit.
Browning
test fit them before you trade. I don't see what the big deal is oh and 20's on an Alerohttp://smiliesftw.com/x/crunk_puke.gif

Dave1647545494
might stick out a little but it should fit if the 20's just barley rub
TurboRust
lets look at these numbers stock tire height 24.86" 20 size tire height 26.75"(no wonder it rubbed) 18 size tire height 23.78" so an inch shorter than stock should help for clearance if the 9" rim doesnt take it to close to the strut or the fender lip. In closing, test fit the wheel always before mounting a tire to it. It this case where its used you have no way to tell, but i'd say a 9" rim is pretty wide for an aleroand might rub hard on most turns
