Clifford Automotive
How many people do you figure you will have to involve to cover the cost of a 4000 square foot building? Heating 4k sf get a little pricey. If your like me. I like my building warm. Electric gets up there when your really cranking the power. Plus if your looking for 4k sf thats not a shit hole get your wallets out. Good luck to you.

Clifford Automotive
Paying for itself really depends on how much use it gets I guess. But then they have to obtain all the oil trans etc...to burn. I maintain my shop at about 78-80 all winter long.

Kevin R.
My favorite part of working at Honda East was the oil burner that blew directly onto where we worked. Cannot be good for health.
