thanks man... ya, we close on the house in Mt Gilead on friday, and this house has to close by Oct 30th... buyer is wanting us to close sooner....

Renting it did good for me, but I was constantly worried about something major and pricey going bad and having to replace it. I just decided that right now, I could use the extra cash on my current house to get some things done to it.
