The RIDES Digital Genesis is a mobile Wi-Fi hot spot capable of supporting 50 simultaneous users. The car has three Mac computers (including a MacBook Air and two Mac minis), an iPod Touch, iPhone 3G, Farenheit DVD player, Genesis amps, Morel Hybrid Ovation speakers and two 12” subs. Backseat passengers cruise in style in suede-upholstered seats with a control console to activate the car’s electronics. Staying connected is easy thanks to Apple wireless keyboards perched on flip-down tray tables with 8.4-inch VGA headrest monitors for each passenger. As if that’s not enough, there’s a 20” Apple Cinema Display in the trunk for web surfing, to access your iTunes account and impromptu parking lot meetings. Not to be outdone by all the gadgetry on the inside, the RIDES Digital Genesis sports 22″ MHT three-piece wheels, Pirelli tires, lowered suspension, custom quad-tip exhaust, smoked taillights, an Extreme Dimensions body kit, fiberglass work and one-of-a-kind metallic silver and blue Sherwin-Williams paint. The RIDES Digital Genesis is guaranteed to make the party jump off wherever it goes. To get you in the mood, we’re offering five free iTunes downloads of tracks from T-Pain’s new album (in stores 11/11) and the Nappy Boy family. These tracks have as much style and flavor of the car. To get your five free iTunes downloads, click here . Photos of the RIDES Genesis have been tossed around the web like a hot potato so we figured we’d hit you up with exclusive pics before the official unveiling at SEMA. Farkas
Big step for Hyundai, and the car is really good looking aside from the somewhat bland backside.

Doug1647545489
Very nice car. Sure it's not a S-class, but for half the price it's a great value for what you get. Fit and finish is the best I've seen from a korean car maker and dare I say... as good as Acura or Lexus. The new Sante-Fe also looks nice. Hyundai is doing what the Japanese car makers did in the mid 90s.
Lustalbert
Not impressed. Is there an aftermarket for those engines yet other than CAI and exhaust tips?
Trouble Maker
Not impressed. Is there an aftermarket for those engines yet other than CAI and exhaust tips? I'd assume that intake (and exhaust? Didn't see that part) was made by the rides guys (or farmed out) and looks like shit IMHO. Why would there be a big (performance) aftermarket for that car? There's not really a market for it. Wait until the coupe comes out. It will have the v6 and a turbo 4 and I'm sure will have plenty of aftermarket following. I'm will go test drive one of the coupes (4 cylinder turbo) when they come out.
CRed05
Are you kidding me he is way too 1337 for a Hyundai. Yea, or a Mazda
Mr. Jones
It really is a nice sedan, and on paper, a bargain. Compared spec vs spec against most it will really appear to shine. The rough spot is the name. When shopping for a luxury sedan it doesn't even enter most peoples minds. Especially @ 42K for a loaded 4.6 I'd put my money on a less powerful /CPO Audi/BMW/Lexus/. CRed05
nope getting great reviews. I just hate the way they are copying designs off other cars. Lexus did the same shit when they started out, hence why I don't really have a lot of respect for them either.

Lexus did the same shit when they started out, hence why I don't really have a lot of respect for them either. Sadly, that is how you get ahead. You see where others have gained market and build on that in hopes of making a name for your product. They are trying to jump the gun IMO. The first Lexus was a leap of faith for many, but at least people could say "Hey, it's a Toyota and they are great reliable cars". Those who took that leap of faith were rewarded. The difference here is that nobody is going to take solace in the fact that it is a Hyundai, and they are aware of the poor resale value associated with this leap. Maybe 5-8 years from now, but not yet.
