They are rated at to tow 5K, but I wouldn't personally want to push it over 3500 lbs or so (even though it is a Cherokee GT Spec-V Type-R) What work does it need, anything major? I know my Ram would pull it, but it has to haul the boat. Im thinking more for the wifes SUV to pull along with the boat. Gut it and paint it and it might not be too bad....
