Tinman Posted January 24, 2009 Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 The front dust cap doesn't allow for the front center cap to be installed so I painted the dust cap silver to minimize the clash. I ran into the same problem with some of my wheels. There is room to shorten the dust cap and make room for the center cap. I was able to take 1/4" of length out of mine by cutting them shorter and tig welding on a disc of 20ga. mild steel. The wheels look great, good choice!
