Guest Removed
Is it a 400? If so, whats done to it? And most important-how much? c-6. there are guys putting 2000 hp thru these! with mostly stock parts. after market input shafts, and a billet front drums are the only thing really made for these other then valves bodys, which some one the name brand ones(tci) dont work. but there is a guy in canada that builds and races the shit out of these. they come with 3 different bell housings, that is the one of the big ones. http://www.460ford.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113120 frank runs 7's with his all year long, and just refresh's in the winter. he also has the fix for tci valve bodys and also builds his own trans brake unit. which i have one of. price wise....depends on the year, weather its even worth it or not. and the cj trans are the beefist from the get go. build there can be up there with full tilt. i have a 1000 in mine, with franks valve body being 425 of it(mine was 100 cheaper cause i had one of the valve body it takes to build a trans brake, reverse manual.
