7/4/10: More work got done today to the teg!! Started out by mounting the clutch resivoir, then bled the clutch, after that I filled the trans with the Torco RTF (for those that have never used it, it stinks and its blue lol). Then I ran the 2 lines from the catch can to back of the block and got those snugged up. Since that was done I filled the motor with the Torco break in oil. With that done I drilled a hole to mount the radiator bracket so I can get that mounted. Also got the shift linkage mounted up to the trans. I am currently trying to find my stock radiator fan so I can snip the plug off it and solder it onto the SPAL fan. Might work on it a little more tonight if my buddy comes down, if not ill just wait and work on it sometime tomorrow.

7/5/10:

Fuel Filter Mounted: Check

Fuel Lines Ran: Check

Brake Lines all Buttoned up: Check

The list of things needed to do in order to get it running is dwindling down. I have to run to jegs tomorrow to take some fittings back and to pick up some fittings for fuel system. Gonna mount my FPR, run the line from rail to FPR and then the return from FPR can be bolted up to FPR. Also gonna wire up the dual pumps to a relay. Hoping to have harness back in the car wednesday and be able to crank her over

7/8/10: The little things that add up were knocked out this evening. My buddy Josh brought me an intake tube and coupler to use for now. The coupler and filter are blue and only thing they match in the bay is my spark plug wires, so don't hate on it too much, it was free and I don't plan on being all motor for long lol. Josh also brought his headilght restorer with him so I could clean up the oxidized headlights that were driving me nuts. Mounted up the fuel lines under the car so they weren't just dingling.

Here are the headlights before restoring them:

And during the process:

Haha turned out pretty good eh? Told you I was on top of it lol. Its a turtle wax kit, comes with a polishing compound, 3 sand pads and a spray to use with the pads. Then I just used a regular buffer to buff the compound out. I'll take a pic later after I do my little sisters headlights on her civic. I used the restorer on our 01 ram as well, if this tells you anything you can litterally see the bulbs now, the lights were every bit if not worse then my integras. I highly recomend this kit. Like I said i'll snap pics later for ya so you can see exactly which one it is.

7/25/10: I had a few things that needed to be painted such as the windshield cowl, the underside of my hood and hood hinges. The wiper cowl went trim black from a spray can and turned out nice. Ill post pics of the underside of hood later this evening, but heres a few to hold you over for now

8/7/10: One step closer to running!! My buddy finally got my wiring harness finished up for me. I sent it to him a few months back after discovering that I: 1. Suck at electrical lol, 2. Didn't have the time or patience to finish it. I am goin to rest up a bit from canoeing earlier today and let it cool down outside before going and putting it on the car.

Idk there is a lot of nice cars on here and some still in the making. I just like to keep my thread up to date, my gf has been copying all the updates I post online and putting a book together for me to keep.

This week I am hoping to get the harness installed, dash back in the car, gauges hooked up, radiator hoses installed, vaccum lines ran and prepare to start the car Sunday. My buddy Steve Wilson aka ef8sirjunkie (I believe thats his name on here still) is going to come down Sunday with his wideband. From the very first start up the car will be tuned just to be safe. I don't wanna risk anything on this car because I really hate crying lol.
