I stripped the power steering pulley center bolt so I am welding on an allen socket tomorrow morning and its coming off for sure. Bought moar parts: ecs tuning lightweight pulley kit to make up for the lightweight flywheel, samco sport red boost hose kit. And of course I need more bolts haha. Found out why my turbo sounded different...something tore up the compressor wheel Ran really good though on basically just one turbo. FYI there are updated bolts from audi for the bell housing, not quite sure what the benefit is, i guess they have a different head. I need to replace mine anyway since someone stripped them out. 6 Speed S4 Posted May 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 Okay: Clutch and flywheel came in finally along with all my bolts, hoses, and gaskets I needed. The car should be running this up coming weekend. Tonight I re-gasketed the oil pans, installed the rear main, slapped on the turbos. Timing will be set at school since I gotta re do it from manufacturer spec. They will need rebuilt and the driver's side turbo needs to get a new compressor wheel, something got in there and ate it up a bit. Let me know if you are interested. We found the thieves that stole the turbos, it happened to be the douche that owns the PT cruiser left his car unlocked for his buddy to steal our stuff.
