Some pictures of the Stealth

Soooooooo, I finally got around to going through some pictures I've taken over the past couple weeks of decent weather. They're all taken with a Nikon D70, and I believe all using a Nikkor 24-120 lense ( the older one, non VR ). I'm no professional, as the pros on here will surely notice, but I'm learning....

Also, I tried a few new processing techniques on a few of these, and on some I may have gone a bit overboard. Overall I like the way they turned out, but any tips or critique are welcomed.

Just for reference, here's what the car looked like when I first got it about 2 years ago. I'm sure you'll agree it's come a long way ;).

Holy shit that car has come a long way. My boss owns a Stealth that looks identical to your "before" pic.

Great pics man, the car looks sick

Thanks man. It was definitely downright ugly when I bought it, but it was a good deal and too low-mileage to pass up. All the body mods are actually factory parts that I picked from other generations of 3000gt and Stealth models, then made them fit the car. It really is one of a kind ;).

Thanks guys! It's spent a lot of time in the garage since I bought it, so now it's time to go drive and enjoy it.

And wnaplay, it's at least 2 inches lower than stock, on coilovers. Right now it's got 275 tires all around and handles amazingly, but I have to run a 10mm spacer to make all the meat clear the coils. They sit outside the fender about a half inch, so "tucking" them isn't possible. They rub now occassionally even going into steep driveways and stuff. If I was to go with a 255 tire I might avoid the spacer and drop it just slightly more, maybe down the road....

Maybe one day, although to keep it unique, I might instead go with a 3.5 motor + spray ;).

Yeah I really like that idea as well. Whatever happens your car looks really really good.

You also made my miss my 91 vr4 real bad.

That would make a fun car for sure! We are in the middle of a 3.4L / SC install on a FWD 3000GT customer car so that will be interesting in terms of power capabilities.

Nice looking conversion and great pics!

Thanks guys!!

And Jeff, I'll likely get with you about FWD motor/tranny setups when I graduate, I've got about a year left. Right now I'm perfectly happy with my NA 3.0, it's only got 77k original on it w/ an intake and full exhaust.

Nice car, I remember once there was this fag that used to post on here. I can't remember his username name. Anyways he was at the track with my ex gf and thought he was hard shit with his TT Stealth. Dude started talking shit asking where my car was because he had "a little something for me" he then proceeded to run a 16.9 and backed it up with a 16.7. Lmfao I remember going to his car tapping the hood and saying "you weren't lying about the little part". Doucher!!

Again nice car
