I worked for a healthcare staffing company for 2 years fresh out of college (4 year bachelors) and i'm looking to make a move. My experience: - Recruiting employees - Selling our service to clients - Managing a field staff of 100 employees Basically, From start to finish I find needs in healthcare facilities for additional staff, recruit, staff, and bill for the service that we provide. I work 55 hour work weeks with a 15 minute break to grab lunch. In addition iI have to take a phone home every other week and be "on call". My target jobs would be in sales, recruiting, or account management.
