We're looking for an addition to our customer support team an exciting new service that helps pharmacies and physician offices collaborate to submit prior authorization requests for prescription drugs. This helps patients get their healthcare needs taken care of, and improves the lives of our healthcare provider users too.

 

We think it's going to grow rapidly-the right person will have plenty to do and opportunity to advance in the company. (it is, no BS)

 

ABOUT YOU

 

* Outgoing, friendly and cheerful

* Loves helping customers solve problems

* Inquisitive, takes interest in learning new things

* Experience in pharmacy, healthcare billing, or physician back-office environments a huge plus

* Great communicator, both written and on the phone

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

* Provide exceptional user support over phone, email, support forum, and web-based chat

* Provide internal feedback that can be used to improve software and training materials

* Recruit users through outbound phone efforts and support of sales and marketing activities

* Perform product demonstrations and training via the web

* First-level account management to large user groups
