Beef is not that bad, you can actully eat it pretty raw w/o much chance of worms or biological infection. Chicken and fish are the most dangerous, mainly fish. There are things in fish that you CANT kill with heat, and you cant see or taste it. So FYI, when the zombies come, and all power is knocked out and you have to hunt wild animals to eat... most harmful bacteria only survive on the exterior of the flesh, where it has contact with an abundance of Oxygen and Nitrogen. There are much fewer harmful bacteria that you can ingest from the inside of a cut of meat, unless the animal has been infected by the zombie virus and then youre just fucked.
