This has to go REALLY soon, otherwise I'm just going to keep it and ride it on the trip out west like originally planned. He has a homemade rack on the rear seat. I wonder if I could put something there to raise the bags high enough like that. I'm going to go try that right now actually. Casper Posted August 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 Incase anybody cares, it does work. I didn't try that hard before because of the side exhaust. I didn't think it'd work. I threw the bags on and they hit the exhaust, so I took the 600RR. Sure fucking enough, just tried it. The bags will fit okay clearing the exhaust with just a little bit of lift. Woot. Thanks for posting that picture dude. He's 05Zixxer on zx-10r.net. I looked up his writeup on the site about the rack he made. Piece of cake.
