Time to part with my 96 Formula, I bought this car in April of 03. We recently had a baby and I probably drove it a total of 150 miles this past summer. Selling mainly for someone to drive it and enjoy it. It had 72k on the clock and was stock as they came. I bought the car from Florida and had it shipped up here. No rust on the car, stored and never driven in the winter. Car was a low option car with manual track windows, no power locks and no defrost. Car is my pride and joy and has gone through some transformations in the past 5 years. I have most of the receipts for the parts.

The body now has 96K on it, car is a 6 speed. Here is a run down of the parts:

Motor Specs (2000 miles on stroker)

-Fully machined block, 4bolt splayed caps, align bore/hone, bore/hone .020 with torque plate, balanced internally, Decked to .005, core plugs/oil passage flush/cam bearings

-Eagle 4340 3.75" Crank ground .010 on rods/mains to straight

-Eagle Hbeam 4340 6" rods w/ARP L19 bolts

-SRP forged pistons 16cc dish (~11.00:1 SCR)

-JE plasma moly coated ductile iron rings

-Clevite H bearings

-ARP main studs

-Eagle billet steel middle caps/Program front cap

-Melling HV oil pump

-Milodon 30909 oil pan

-SLP billet steel flywheel

-Spec Stage 3 Ceramic clutch

-Joe overton custom ground cam 242/250 @50 .558/.558

-Rollmaster billet timing set

-Comp R lifters

-trick flow 7.150" pushrods .080 wall

-Comp 1.6 Promagnum rockers

-Comp 977 springs and titanium retainers

-Ferrea 2.0"/1.56" 6000 series stainless valves

-Lloyd Elliot ported LT1 castings (LE2 Stage heads)

-Lloyd Elliot ported LT1 intake (provision for 58mm)

-SVO Redtop 30# injectors

-CSR electric H2O pump

-BBK 58mm throttle body

-Moroso CAI

-!AC

-Pacesetter LT's and Y pipe

-Borla stainless steel adj. catback

-OBD1 PCM conversion (have a tuning cable aswell)

Additionals:

-MSD6AL Ignition box

-TNT wetkit (has not been sprayed on new motor, has not been fully reconnected), autometer Nitrous, fuel and A/F gauges, bottle heater, purge and Nitrous Daves new LT1 plate conversion kit (plate kit is still in the box).

-BMR strut tower brace

-Adj. panhard bar

-SLP subframe connectors (these things are beefy)

-Grandsport corvette rims (275 (Falken Zex) up front and 315's (Sumotos) out back)

-T-tops

-Aftermarket steering wheel

-Graphite Power leather seats out a 95TA.

Probably missing a things, but you get the idea. Car does need to be dyno tuned, is running on a mail order tune. Should easily see 410+rwhp out of it. Have not had a chance to dyno the 381 yet. Car has ok street manners and with a dyno tune am sure will run even better.

Some of the pictures are old, but can get newer ones up. The paint is ok, but it is a 12 year old car, would give it a 6 or 7 (has some scratches and the typical swirl marks), interior is in good shape. Sound clip is in my signature. Gets a lot of attention when driven around and get a lot of compliments.

My email is craigs96formula@yahoo.com or shoot me a PM if interested. Looking to get $9000 OBO.

its in pieces at the moment, and prolly will be for a while, in the process of joining the USAF so thats priority now esp since i need the car in a movable position for storage at my parents. Should have this 94 Z put together here real soon if stuff goes right :)

Cool, anything wicked going in the 94? I see it is a project car in your sig.

This one is from a few weeks back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCIjrw-DfqU

Time has come to drop the price, took it around the block and am really going to miss it, but I am tired of paying the insurance on it and driving it once a week if lucky.

PRICE DROPPED $7500 firm.

Would you be interested in trading for a 95 S6 ? plus a bit. Its a good driver and easier to insure that what you got.

Thanks for the offer, looks like a very nice car the S models have always been my favorite Audi models. However I am really looking for a mustang or a stock/bolt on ls1 car for a trade.
