Can you be drill insrtuctor for the first couple of months when I get lazy and don't want to go to the gym

 

Just making sure you get to the gym?

or

 

training you, coming to your house to pick you up. Carry you to your car and making you drive to the gym?.

Do you have any certifications?

 

 

National Personal Training Institute- CPT It is a 6 month school cert including 500 credit hours. Broken up between 250 hours, lecture and 250 were practicle.

 

I am in the works on obtaining my trx cert and cross fit cert here this winter.

 

I will be getting my ACE here soon, i have the materials just looking for time to finish it.

 

I have alot of time behind me as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, rowing team, wrestling, football and alot of other fitness experience.

 

I am currently training two bodybuilders, one will be a pro some day! They have put all their trust in me as far as diet, supplementation and work out. They are very pleased and have no intentions of leaving.

Im looking to up my 1 rep max from 275+, to 315 by late november;

 

1. do you think that is possible?

 

2. What kind of 1 on 1 training would you think is needed, as is how many hours a week?

 

 

yes it is possible, that isnt that big of a jump in that amount of time.

 

I would say if you are primarly focused on upping your bench.Maybe 1-2 a week.

Ihat happends alot more than people know. Really working out 2-3 days a week is enough. Diet is a little harder to do under stress and lack of time.

Its mostly my diet, being on the road this much doesnt allow good eating. On top of not working out :(

Pre-planning your meals, it sucks but it pays off in the long run.

I fail on all three accounts. I don't know if I could turn all those around if you paid me $45hr :o

I plan on going on a diet on the 20th of this month which is my 27 birthday. Growing up I was always skinny , I was able to eat anything never gain weight, now I am the biggest Ive ever been in my life. im 6'3 and 235 lbs, I feel like shit, always tired always eating when bored.......... after getting out the military I gained 65 lbs and now im going to do something about it. I do not want to be ripped I just want to be tone and not chubby lol. My issue is not knowing what to eat, I eat things that I think are healthy that are horrible. I just need some help lol.
