National Personal Training Institute- CPT It is a 6 month school cert including 500 credit hours. Broken up between 250 hours, lecture and 250 were practicle. I am in the works on obtaining my trx cert and cross fit cert here this winter. I will be getting my ACE here soon, i have the materials just looking for time to finish it. I have alot of time behind me as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, rowing team, wrestling, football and alot of other fitness experience. I am currently training two bodybuilders, one will be a pro some day! They have put all their trust in me as far as diet, supplementation and work out. Growing up I was always skinny , I was able to eat anything never gain weight, now I am the biggest Ive ever been in my life. im 6'3 and 235 lbs, I feel like shit, always tired always eating when bored.......... after getting out the military I gained 65 lbs and now im going to do something about it. I do not want to be ripped I just want to be tone and not chubby lol. My issue is not knowing what to eat, I eat things that I think are healthy that are horrible. I just need some help lol.
