Snowflake
I was givin a small 3hp noma 20" snowblower by the inlaws before they moved to Portland. Ive always just gone out and shoveled the driveway and walk. Would I look like a pussy out there with a blower?

Bam
why shovel though? Seriously? I mean I never have to walk in it, and my car will drive through this just fine, so why bother?

Snowflake
Well that thing had more balls than I gave it credit. I feel like I found something special to my heart that I lost. Work smarter not harder...
TTQ B4U
I use one of these: http://images.buzzillions.com/images_products/06/31/2323797_raw.jpg Works great, especially on light snow like what we have had this year. I usually do one swipe down the middle and then off to each side. It's nice to not have to really "push" the snow. Just push it up and off the drive at the end. I really don't shovel much though. Today, just because I got to spend time outside with the kids. http://www.uniontools.com/_files/media/SnowAuger.mpg
nurkvinny
I broke down last year and bought a plow for the tractor. I hated spending that dough, but the drive is 500+- feet, so good investment I guess. On topic: shoveling blows.
cptn janks
Would I look like a pussy out there with a blower? in 4 inches of snow? yes. shoveling snow builds character. plus, the cardio is good for you.

Unless I'm picturing it wrong, you would only be able to walk one way with it, as in you could make one pass pushing it, but then you'd have to pick it up and carry it back to where you started, right? Sold by Union Tools. I bought two just in case I ever break one
SpaceGhost
I used the blower, did mine in 2 minutes, then did 3 neighbors driveways and all the sidewalk in between for free, trust me none of them thought I was a sissy. Their shit is clean. My heater is on in the garage, and it's 50 degrees in there and no snow on either car.
Rustlestiltskin
I use shovel for sidewalks. Snow plow on tractor for the long ass work driveway, home driveway, and my moms driveway. I dont think I've ever seen a snow blower up here where I live
