mrs.cos
Has anyone had this done? How much did it cost? Would you do it again? Did you feel like it helped you find the hot/cool spots on your house more efficiently? Any recommendations?

Akula
I thought about doing energy surveys with a FLIR a few years ago. I think it would be a good business. I think it is about $300 for an energy survey. check out the green energy ohio website.
Drewhop
I think there is another machine that can tell you where your drafts are coming from as well. I think it is right around same price as what you are talking about. Might even be the same thing. One of the HVAC guys might know what I am talking about. TTQ B4U
this type of business has been featured on NBC during the Sunday morning show a few times over the years. I agree, combined with a good insulation business it could be a good gig. Especially in this economy. I thought about doing energy surveys with a FLIR a few years ago. copperhead
There's a thread on ARFCOM about how someone made a thermal imaging unit out of parts from a newer Cadillac. I'll see if I can find it.
