Hey,

Just stumbled on this site again. Always looking for parts, tips and tricks. I haven't ever raced my car but now that its (kind of) running good I would like to put it through its paces. I have a bunch of cars but the daily is a 97 jetta tdi chipped, lowered, VR6 clutch, new timing belt, straight through exhaust, and a bunch of other maintenance items that cost a arm and a leg. The rest of the stable is a rag tag bunch of decrepit Volkswagens. 1993 Passat station wagon vr6 (my dad just wrecked), 1995 jetta 2.0 (engine destined for another project), 1984 jetta gli, 1984 gti project (i say project because its the only one torn down). 1993 jetta with over 250,000 that was gifted so that it wouldnt go to the scrappers(this will probably get the VR6), and a 1986 gti 16v (engine probably going to be joined with the jetta's 2.0). Basically I could have one nice car but instead I have a bunch of shitty ones, its usually out of I can get a whole car for parts cheaper than the actual part. Oh, I go to OSU for Material Science and Engineering. Thanks. The last pic is of my dads XKE that I have never seen run, it has only taken up space in the Garage for as long as I can remember. All of the pics here are from my dads house in Painesville OH.

Cool sailboat. They have a 'boat crew' here, however, I don't think it's so much sailing, though.

For the website, (cuz I don't care), we'll assume your name is Keef becuz your little sister* can't say your real name, Keith, properly.

*(No, idea if you even have a sister.)

BTW, those yanking him because you think you know why his name is "Keef":

1. I feel like you may be calling yourself out by even knowing what it is, and...

2. His real name is Keith. It's not such a stretch to assume that's where it comes from.

3. It's probably a combination of both. ;) lol

I have a few different nicknames through the years i just so happened in 2008 when I signed up I used Keef which is actually a shortened version of Beefy-Keefy(I may have been a bit on the chubby side back in the day). Back to the car, its lowered with bilstein sports and eibach springs. I have a vr6 clutch but basically every bit else of money I dump into the car revolves around maintenance. Someday I hope to get a set of injectors that will really bring the smoke but right now I get by with a straight through exhaust to really hear that turbo a spoolin.

Sorry its all I have right now (flame suit on). Took pictures to sell my sail boat.

I saw your car at OSU. You parked next to me when I was at Campus Rampus a few days ago. My friend took a look at your car, he said they were OEM Fiat wheels.

Haha, no the rims are old school ATS pepper pots, the tires are ancient as well but they are pretty awesome, A rated. I parted out a old fiat 124 convertible and saved the center caps and they fit right in.

Oh and I am a broke college student at OSU studying Material Science Engineering.

Does anyone know if there is any sort of racing going on this weekend? I was going to go over to pacemakers but being my first drag and missing test and tune I figured to hold back.
