I, it will be a year you shouldn't miss as the Blue Angels will also be there this year.

You know, the blue angles formation flying never really impressed me. I like seeing what one can do solo. Do like seeing what an F-18 can do solo though. Very impressive when it doesn't have to worry about hitting another plane.

If my 10 month old son was a year older I would be all over this. The noise would be too much for him to handle because there is know way he would let me put hearing protection on him.

I watch the blues every tuesday amd wednesday, we are their home base. Their solo routine never gets old. If you guys have the chance to watch them up there, i highly recommend you go see them.

Wow! Blue Sky Chalet tickets seem to be a great deal for $99...covered seating, free beer and food, great view, parking shuttle...

I'd love to go, but I was going to take my daughter to TORKS (http://www.torks.com) tomorrow after Cars and Coffee. R/C Airplanes!!!:D We'll definitely go to the Dayton Air Show as she gets a little older...

I'll also be seeing them the first weekend in August in Seattle. Seafair weekend is a blast.

Your Z > 800mm

But, it is nice.

Was a decent time yesterday. After the first set of skydivers, the rest were a snooze fest. Red biplane was cool, the black one after was a let down in comparison (and everyone had enough of it from the last one).

Blue Angels were cool - they needed to do more high-speed runs though. The afterburner turns on all of the jets were cool...probably my favorite parts of the show. The bomber runs were awesome as well.

I got a few pics, but just crappy iPhone photos.

We had a good time. Didn't get sunburned this year. I enjoy the displays more than the show because as some have said it gets old and to me after I've seen an F-18 demo not much else is gonna impress me. Did anyone get a good shot of the F-18 creating that cone of condensed air around it during a high speed pass? I got just the beginnings of it, but wasn't paying attention and already stopped my shooting when it was in full effect.

I was thinking I should get a photography pass and go there with a 100-400 maybe next year. Doesn't cost much more and you get to park on the flight line.

saw that at last years show was really cool to see, and I didn't have my camera ready when it happened :( I just wish they would demo the f-22 like they did at the Rickenbacker air show back in 2007
