I am looking for a windows program that will convert on the fly to mp4 and allow me to stream to my phone. I already have tried TVerstiy which will work but you have to encode your videos to mp4 first before it will work. It doesn't do the encoding for you. I don't care about streaming over 3G I only want to do this on my home LAN. I've found other apps that will do it for iPhone, PSP, PS3, Xbox360 etc. Any ideas?
