15k budget for a weekend/fun car. What is it?

can you even finance a classic car like that?

 

if i had 15k to blow on a fun car, ide try to find a good deal on an 03/04 cobra (seen them for 16-17k) or a nice c5

yeah, i didn't find a c5 z06 with under a 100K for anything less than 18K. :(

 

 

i would put that money down on a 2011 5.0 mustang myself.

 

 

he said 15k budget though...his options open up a lot if he has a 34k budget!

C5 Coupe or C5 FRC

I would not go in debt on a new car especially a 2011 5.0 Mustang. Think of the hit you would take after you drive that thing off the lot. They will be a dime dozen soon enough.

My dad bought his Factory Five Cobra Kit car for $16k running and driving, 3 years ago. Granted over the past three years I bet he's spent that in upgrades, but still, it was fun to drive when he originally bought it.
