Skinner Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 last night our 06 caravan developed a leak (I noticed it after the wife left for work there was a good sized puddle in the driveway). I picked up the van from her work and there was another puddle and that looked to be at the back of the engine on the drivers side. I got it home and got under it to look the engine is completely dry no visible leaks from the oil pan, oil filter or the valve covers. When I checked the oil the level was at the fill mark (about 1 quart low). The k member has a little oil/fluid on it but everything above that is dry. I guess it could be the rack but the fluid level hasn't dropped and everything looks to be dry. Any Ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Crossle Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 What motor? Be aware that if the pump is near the back and it looks like you can't get it out due to the frame. Skinner Posted October 7, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 yeah went through the wheel well dropped the mount and was still unable to remove the pulley. Didn't have enough room.
