If you buy outright now: $167,900.

 

If lease to own ( aka rent to own, aka lease option ): $180,000.

6 month up to a 2 year lease, negotiable.

This is basically a lease contract with option to purchase agreement. This is a lease agreement combined with

an option to purchase the property within a specified period at an agreed-upon price. Note that this option premium

is non-refundable option consideration which will be applied toward the purchase price of the property if, and only

if, Optionee exercises this OPTION to purchase. If the purchase option is not

exercised, the Tenant/Buyer forfeits the Option Premium.

I really want you to buy my house, and this really helps make it happen.

 

I need to crunch some numbers, but here is what I am expecting:

-$1500/month for rent

-Option Premium payment (2% of purchase price $180,000), which is $3600. This is the option payment.

-Security Deposit is one month's rent, which is $1500
