It's dumb that you think cats suffocate kids and it's very poor taste to talk about being so openly murderous toward them. That is what has brought on the backlash. Look, it's cool to be protective of your children. It would have been better to just have simply said, "Hey, my kids come first - if a cat fucks with my kid then the cat has got to go." I don't think many people, if any, would have a problem with that. But when you start ranting about putting cats in boxes and use urban legends as support for your stance, then don't expect much support. A lot of things posted on CR are in poor taste, so when I posted a little extreme to where I stand in reality just to push buttons, I was just amazed at the backlash. Though I really shouldn't have been surprised, point taken. Let me just say in closing that I would not torture animals, but have no issues with euthanization and don't like cats. I walked into the living room and saw my daughter laying on top of my cat and start to suffocate him. So, I boxed my daughter up and put her out on some back road. I hate daughters anyways.
