You can shake if you want to get all Double Oh Seven about it, but stirring usually suffices. Let me know when you're ready to head out to Mynt; since you're drinking Red Bull and vodka, you now have an obligation to go chach it up downtown. You wouldn't want to shake anything with Redbull as it is carbonated. You can also just mix the Red Bull and Vodka together, but that is the girly way of drinking it.
