Whats a good website that has great deals on wheels?

I'm looking for a nice set of wheels for my 1990 mazda miata (15's or 16's) and i've been out of the game for awhile on what websites have the best deals. If anybody could steer me in the right direction i'd appreciate is a bunch.

I got mine on ebay really cheap. Discount tire posts alot of overstock and closeout stuff on there.

if you ain't looking brand new. the miata/mazda forums would be a good shot on getting something cheaper (and maybe with tires also).

 

i got mine via discount tire and have had good luck with them overall. only downside was i had to raise the car to stop rubbing.

nah. i had to switch springs to something that didn't lower as much. went from a 2.2 inch drop to a 1.75.

Doesn't seem like there is a lot on there right now, but you can always check back. A set of newer Miata 15" or 16" wheels would work well.

Having an underpowered car as well, I LOVE my 15" RPF1's on my '86 MR2. 9.8LBS per wheel? Yes please. I got mine with Falken Azenis RT-615s for just over $1200 brand new mounted and balanced. I'm sure you could find some used on craigslist.

teamilluminata.com has Spec Miata rims from Team Dynamics. They also have some sweet old-school replica rims from BRAID. But they're really pricey.

 

As for rim weight, Grassroots Motorsports did a test recently showing that rim weight has much less effect on the car than you'd think. (maybe 0.1sec on an AutoX course with 4lbs per rim increase) The key is tire weight; a couple lbs per tire was good for 0.5 sec over the same course.
