Need a gym with childcare

I'm looking to join a gym since i've become a fat ass and need to lose some weight. My biggest problems are my work hours and i need childcare. I've found most places have child care till 8/8:30.

 

Does anyone know of a gym with childcare open later, 9/9:30 would be perfect (since i work till 7).

My house is one of the best places in town. I have a home gym in my basement, and a childcare room that shares the bathroom with my bedroom.

not sure if the ymca is open that late, but i've always found the ymca has good childcare, and enough weights/activities/etc

Powershack in picktown has a kidshack inside don't know the details but the gym is nice and not overcrowded

YMCA is open until 10, not sure of their daycare though

 

childcare is m-t only and 4-9.

 

Powershack in picktown has a kidshack inside don't know the details but the gym is nice and not overcrowded

 

they don't have childcare there, they use to but no one used it so they don't have it anymore (per my brother who works out there).

 

I called lifetime, they have a little better childcare hours, but man its a lot more expensive. I'm going there today to look around may end up getting a membership.

they have not offered child care for over a year , that is why I left there. When they did have it , I think I was the only member that used it.

My ex works at lifetime fitness on sawmill i believe and she works in their childcare area.

How old is your child? School-age kids (or younger) should be going to bed before 10pm. I'm sure that's one reason why childcare isn't offered later in the evenings at most gyms...

Buy Olympic barbell and a few dumbbells as you progress.

Do squat, deadlift, bench, hang clean, and barbell row at home.

No child care needed
