Got the 30" tires working...

So we went out yesterday at Norwalk and tested the 30" tires.

 

They cleared and they hook!

 

We can now leave on 7lbs of boost without spinning and the car was running like a bracket car yestereday.

Putting the new All pro 4500 cast intake, Todd Berry Elbow, and accufab 105mm TB on the car this week and hope to be out testing again next weekend.

Why a cast intake? Don't the polymer ones do better with heat?

The polymer intake was never meant to handle 1800+ rwhp and we have already maxed out how much air will flow through it.

 

With the new intake we will have a better power band, more stability, and more power.

I'd imagine that the Indy race should be a good time... close enough for everyone to come out and far enough to have some fun while we are there.

 

I hope to see a LOT of local Columbus LS cars at the Indy race, I know I will make sure we are stocked up in the RV on Patron and Margarita mix... You know the batteries will be charged on the Margarita Machine and the Golf Cart.

 

BTW I was at Moorespeed the other day and I saw some Red POS on a lift... I reached in and ripped a seat off it True story!
