Sully
Anyone have this in their basement or seen a basement with it? I'm having my basement finished, but I still need to pick out a floor. Was planning on going with tile, but saw a coupon for this Nature Stone. Thoughts/opinions on using it in a finished basement area? http://www.naturestonefloors.com/ What are some other basement flooring options? Carpet is out. Rustlestiltskin
Heard it came with a live racoon and some possum's. But in all seriousness, only place I ever see this stuff is in commercial buildings. Would look a little too commercial in my eyes if you did it in your house. Browning
Local tire place has that on their floor in the office part and it looks great imo. Local PNC has part of their wall done with it and it looks horrible.

IIRC, your stuff is more for a garage (which I still want to do at some point). I'm not sure that it would be appropriate for a finished basement. Give me a link to the stuff you use and I'll look at it again.

smokin5s
my inlaws have it in their bathroom, it's interesting... they put a floor warmer under it which is kind of weird.
acklac7
i tihnk itll look kinda 70's honestly. +1 Grandma had it in her basement - not real comfy on bare feet.
99FLHRCI
I agree it looks very commercial/industrial. It also doesn't look very comfy to walk on or lay on. (My parents finished basement has a TV and we always end up watching a movie down there and when the whole family is home someone ends up on the floor.) If you go to the residential photos link, all you see is garages. I think that should be the first hint.
Trouble Maker
I agree with just about everyone else, looks like some for a garage, patio or unfinished basement.... not a finished basement.
TTQ B4U
Like concept for outside but I would think it would be a huge PIA to clean inside.
