Sheriff's Narcotics Enforcement Team report arresting Ronald E. Young, of Rallen Drive, about 1 p.m. Thursday. This happened after the NET intercepted a 100-balloon heroin shipment on S.R. 33 in Nelsonville. When deputies questioned Young, an additional 70 balloons was discovered lodged into his rectal area. Sheriff Patrick Kelly said the NET was acting on information provided by Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn.
