Although I've been hesitant to list it, I think it's time. My wife and I are expecting our first child in March, and this thing is going to be driven even less than it was this year and as much as I'll miss it, somebody who will drive it like it's meant to be driven deserves to have this car.

Probably a few more little things here and there but that's what I remember off the top of my head. The car is not a showroom condition car with no miles, but it is a very, very nice driver that I've only taken out in nice weather and is nice enough to get trophies at local shows.

The only issue at all with the car is I believe the starter (solenoid) is going bad. Starting back around the end of September, every once in a while when I first go to start the car it'll sound like the starter just spins, but on the second key turn it fires right up. I've done a little research and it seems to be a common thing that happens with the C5s and it sometimes caused by dirty/bad connections. I crawled under it once to make sure the bolts were tight (they were) but didn't check the connections at the time because it was before I had seen that may be the issue. I haven't looked into it any further due to the fact that it doesn't do it every time (maybe every 3-4 starts) and it has always fired right up on the second try. There are no other issues with the car, it's been awesome and I'll miss it very much.

These pics are a couple months old and show the SLP Loudmouth that was on it, but I recently put a stock Ti system back on it with the intentions of adding cutouts. The SLP was just too much for me on longer trips, which is what I enjoyed doing most with the car. Also, the only interior pic I have tends to make the seats look a lot worse than they actually are. I'll try to get better current pics of the car soon, but I don't think we're going to have any clear weather anytime soon and I don't get it out of the garage unless the roads are dry and the sky is clear!

Here's a quick idle video with the SLP on it. Obviously it's a lot quieter now, but this gives a good idea of the cam lope.

Asking $18,000 OBO.

Not really looking for trades, but the only trades I'd consider would be with cash on top. Thinking about taking up a new hobby, so I'd consider dirt bikes (125 or 250) plus cash.

The black lower section is actually Plasti-Dip so if the buyer didn't like it, it can be peeled off easily with no damage done to the factory paint underneath.

My best pass at the local 1/8 mile was a 7.70 the way it sits, never had drag radials or slicks on it. I believe the trap was around 92 but I'm not positive. I've never had it dynoed, but previous owner told me it was around 425-430 whp.

Haha, thanks. I'm sure it's not as impressive as some on here, but I'm proud of it and love the location. Bought it when I was 21 without help from my parents.

I was serious :)

I'd love a little house in a huge open field. A vette would be a nice bonus too

No thanks on the TBSS. I really like them, but we've already got a new suv so it really wouldn't do me any more good than the vette right now.

coltboostin, probably not really what I'm looking for, but feel free to pm me the details. I do kinda miss our '06 330xi, but there's also some reasons why we got rid of it.
