I saw the pair the last couple days in the same tree driving to work and figured if it wasn't raining or 10 degrees I would try my luck and see if they would show up again. I only waited about 1/2 hr and they flew in right around 8 o'clock. Unfortunately it was still a bit dark under the trees on the east side of the lake but that is what it is. Sections of the towpath up in the Cuyahoga Valley NP are shut down during spring's nesting season... 3 or 4 mating pairs up there now.
