I just went through a bunch of research on this myself. Vimeo is very cost effective, offers the best quality and isnt strict on copyrighting overlays such as music. YouTube will support 1080p but isn't as consistent in delivery speeds. I say it's on their end because my downloads are fantastic yet with them tend to buffer on full 1080.

 

You can try it out under the free membership. I spent the $60/yr for the plus membership.

Definitely Youtube issue. And that didn't start until Google bought them out.
