datsunissan28
I recently got rid of my storage unit and would like to clear out a few things I have. 1. Custom Reptile Enclosure This is a great piece that is furniture quality. The entire cage is either solid red oak or real red oak veneer. It is used, but is great condition. It would be perfect for a ground dwelling lizard. The background is Aqua Terra 3D background. The 4 built in thermometers will need new batteries (One may need to be replaced). This is a very large unit, but breaks down to five pieces for portability. It roughly measures five feet wide by two and half feet deep. The entire unit with all trim is around six and half feet tall. There is some minor damage to the crown moulding and that is shown in the pictures http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/4d8e7ca4.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/f9eaac58.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/48e74d57.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/731b91ca.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/65416743.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/d9069d80.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/c78b7f62.jpg Thermostats http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/f8c826c3.jpg Measuring point http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/c5ebee03.jpg Lighting http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/1514ee2e.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/510f2844.jpg Storage below http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/5010a27d.jpg Shelves for storage http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/44b5a244.jpg Damage to Crown Molding http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/469a7c57.jpg Size comparison: Next to 55 gallon with stand. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/69d16079.jpg Asking Price of $600 OBO. datsunissan28
2. 55 Gallon Aquarium with Stand and Background This does hold water, aquarium is black and stand is oak. This will need to be cleaned out. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/8554afcd.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/f6003e36.jpg Asking price of $50 OBO 3. 55 Gallon Aquarium The center brace on this aquarium is damaged. Four in total. Two different heights. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/157f4361.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/aca28cd7.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/a8c7f4c3.jpg Asking price $40 OBO for all four 7. Trouble Maker
5. 20 Gallon Tall Aquarium Holds water, includes screen lid http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/datsunissan28/afa054a9.jpg Asking price of $20 OBO Could you measure and tell me the dimensions on this? I have a very specific project. I'm pretty sure last time I checked it was some 20gallon tank that will work, but I just can't remember which one. By saying it will hold water, do you mean it will work as an aquarium? Thanks.
MrMeanGreen
FYI, you cannot use a tank previously used to hold reptiles as an aquarium for fish. Certain aspects of reptiles will "leech" into the sealants used to hold the glass together and kill aquatic life.

If so, then never mind as I was going to use it as a fish tank.

If so, then never mind as I was going to use it as a fish tank. The 20 gallon had reptiles in it over 8 years ago, its been empty since. The 55 gallon with the hood has only had African Cichlids. The 55 gallon with the base last had fish and a turtles in it. The 55 gallon with the broken center support is obviously not safe for fillings as previously stated. I have never had problems converting back to use as an aquarium, but I can understand the concern of passing on diseases.
