I'm looking for a female to fill a full time customer service position to aide our website clients. The position will require you to be on the phone and respond to email most of the day. This person needs to have good verbal and written skills and be able to handle upset clients with a smile on her face. Just to clairify we know the exact type of person we are looking for and we are not trying to waste any one's time. Does that mean we will not review a males resume, not at all.
