Need a notary

Bought a car and guy signed title but wasn't notorized. So I need to notorize it to get in my name. Can anyone help me out?

any bank or car dealership will have a notary.

 

however, i doubt they will risk their commission, or worse, by notarizing your title without the seller present. pretty sure that's illegal too.

 

i mean, for all they know you stole the title and forged their information.

 

go back and find the seller. take him to the bank, and have it notarized.

Yep, they are risking their notary license if they notarize something without witnessing the signatures. Good luck.

Yeah. I'm a notary and wouldn't do it even for someone that I know. Shit can get you in a lot of trouble.
