I think there would be fewer noses in the air if that was a LSx swap. ;)

 

However, I think putting that huge lump in the front ruins the car. But since it's for drifting, there's less need for great handling balance.

 

I rather the 600hp EJ swap in the Greddy FR-S.

If it came with that motor from the factory for $25k I'd probably buy it. Of course I'm skeptical the stock driveline is going to live under that power.

 

An IS-F V8 long block is 10-12k... that's nearly half the cost of the FR-S. Shut up.
