She has a pretty good base with a simple degree in medical data/terminology. Anyone know where to start with producing clients or have any advice. Any advice would be appreciated. evan9381 Posted April 23, 2012 Report Share Posted April 23, 2012 doctors offices for medical transcription? my mom used to do it from home, but i know her doctor went to some computer type system and she lost a lot of work to it and quit. i dont think she made GREAT money, but it was just some extra for her since my dad worked and made the real money. she drove down to riverside once a day through the week, picked up new tapes, dropped off old ones and the stuff she had typed up he dictated.
