New Boat-Registration what to do

Ok, just got the "fake title" in the mail from where I bought the boat (dealer). I have a few questions as far as registering the boat:

 

1.Are there any places open on Saturdays?

2.Where do i go?

3.How much does it cost?

4.Do i have to go to a title place? (patio shops morse rd)???

 

Thanks! The boat is a 17' with a 75 hp outboard if that makes any difference.

Ohio law requires boaters born on or after January 1, 1982, to successfully complete either a boating course or a proficiency exam in order to operate a boat powered by more than 10 horsepower. get here for free http://www.boatus.org/onlinecourse/Ohio.asp safety equipment required to be carried on board your boat

and yes you hacw to go to to a titel shop to atleast get the boat/motor in your name but then take your information to get your "oh" boating numbers
