Need some help removing a O2 sensor

I need to replace my O2 sensor in the civic just cant get it to budge, anyone wanna make some cash and just take it out for me?

Just heat it up, it'll come out. If you're still having trouble, heat it and while it's hot, spray it with PB blaster.

When I have this problem at work I will let the vehicle set all day while spraying the PB several times and maybe even let it set over night. A few times I have used heat and ended up pulling the threads out of the bung. Just exercise caution and be patient with it :-)
