STEVE-O
I hate to say it but I'm with Paul that sounds pretty cheap esp if they are not stayinf at your house etc. I know when people house sit let out animals etc they charge a lot more than 15 bucks a day. And um sure at a kennel they will get a lot more attention. I'm on my phone now or id look it up but I swear tjere have been threads about this before

MrMeanGreen
$15/day is amazing. If you can afford a vacation, budget that $300 in because you'll be hard pressed to find anything cheaper.

twistedfocus1647545489
We pay the Delaware Pet Nanny 14 to 21 dollars a day when we take extended trips depending on how much time we want them to spend with the dog. That's with her staying here at home and eating her own food.
copperhead
I've used this place: http://www.alltails.com/ starts at $18/day
Mensan
Josh, what type of dog/how big? Is it crated? You provide food?
kyc12340
I also need a sitter/sitters or place for my dogs... My vacation will be a lot longer though, are there any places that dog sits for around 2months? 2 mini dachshund, 1 chihuahua... My friend might be able to do one dachshund. so Let's say $18/dog x 60 = $1080 and x by 3 = 3240 I'm fucked..

copperhead
Tim, they are pretty good. Extra dogs in the same run are a bit cheaper, they provide food. They offer grooming right before you pick them up and do a great job with it, costs extra though. Nice people to boot.

We do usually keep both dogs in the same kennel too. They are like peas in a pod so I wouldn't think of separating them.
black00ws6
HA. told ya paula wouldnt go for the 50 dollars that your neighbors would watch them for.
smokin5s
Josh, what type of dog/how big? Is it crated? You provide food? they can be crated, I will provide food, there is 2 lab mix dogs... I will post pictures of them in a few minutes... *************** This is a work trip, was brought up to me at last minute so there was no time to budget for them.... we have insane medical bills that also just came through, so money is insanely tight. the trip for work is not something that would be smart for me to turn down carreer wise, so this is why I am posting this. I am aware that 15 a day for 2 dogs is a good price for a kennel, but I am trying to see if there is someone on CR that might want to watch them and make a few bucks while saving me money that I have no budgeted for and don't have. *******************
