Most any course around here, public at least, uses carts. If Casey Martin can qualify for the US Open with one good leg, there's no reason you can't shoot 100. What are your goals? My goal this year is to fix the "bad, ugly" in my swing, which is my upright style of play and my follow through mechanics.
