Lets also talk about the wonderful customer service to go along with these fine performance parts.

this kid sounds like he just ran a marathon. Its not On3's problem the kid fucks up injectors trying to jam them into his shitbox with a tap hammer.

Thanks for the info but lets try not to turn this into a flame war ;)

Your asking for suggestions on mods. Would think you would like to heard both sides of every story.

To be fair to Nick, I have not heard very good things about On3 on turbomustangs.com either.

I mean, hell, I just tried to get ahold of B&G turbo a few weeks back. Left multiple voicemails and several Emails that were never returned. Could have an awesome product but I will probally never call them again for anything.

I have had a turbo mustang since 2003 and Im telling you, if you want to enjoy your car, you will get a screw blower.

But Proven track record does = quality or at least reliability.

Lets be honest most IC's are chinabay

Piping chinabay

Turbos = who knows Coltboostin had really good luck with china bay bos

I have the same turbo on my daily driver from 08 when I put the car together. There are more than a fair share of guys on here that will vouch I put the car through hell. They work well considering we sell a complete turbo system for the price most charge for a high end turbo.

I have one lsx customer thats right at 1400 wheel with a set of our 76mm's. Thats pretty real power I'd say :-)

Is that really what you got out of that conversation?

Sure, Ill talk right back to a person in the same manner they talk to me. You give me respect, Ill handle an issue in a professional manner to ensure my customers are happy. On the other hand you approach me in a such manner disrespecting me and my company, you will not get respect, period.

Its as simple as that

Ok, you are more than welcome to have that policy, cant say I agree.

The bigger issue Imo is advertising and selling one item and delivering something different. Regardless of your opinion, you sold him brand x and shipped him brand y and wouldnt refund you r known or unknown error.

Just not right.

The even bigger issue is you only know half the story and thats not right either. He was not charged for the deka injectors and he knows that. He could have simply asked in a respectful manner to swap injectors and talk to me how he would want talked to. Its amazing what just giving someone a little respect and talking in a generous manner will do for customer service. I just will not tolerate it

Mike hit the wrong key when invoicing, came up as the deka 60's and he just changed the pricing. Im fixing someone elses problem, I own the company and Im responsible. Im not going to sit here and point fingers. It was keyed in wrong and thats all there is to it, now that we are clear on that we can get back to this man's thread about his 3v.

Good luck with your build regardless what direction you go

The invoicing dealio is so common it's not funny. I had a customer freaking out one time because the dyno i gave him was from a mustang and his invoice said tuning on a Dynojet......

Also Id wager that the on3 injectors are someone elses reflowed injectors. Bad injectors do happen, I'd also be curious if the tuner in the call was using the proper lats for said injectors or trying t use semans deka lats.

Oh I would like to hear both sides/opinions, I took it to a PM.

Wanna swing by for a ride in one of my cars and show you it has all 3? Should have this really slow poor quality 2011 twin turbo car here up and going in a week or so. Stop by, I'd love to prove you wrong

He might not, but I do :masturboy: In all seriousness though, I would like to chat with you about your kits sometime if you get a chance.

Really like the 3v cars. Have fun!

Thanks man, so far I've enjoyed it. It's definitely no where near the power range I'd like to make but still fun none the less.
