Had to take advantage a good deal. I'd been in the market for a minute, and after test drives, shopping, options, etc.. I decided to get something new with a warranty, that isn't bad on gas.

 

Due to lack of finding an R/T, I got the next best thing IMO:

 

2012 Ram 1500 Express

Always wanted a Regular Cab, Short Bed, 2WD, V8 powered truck.

Yeah, good luck with that!

 

Nice truck, but you lucky to get 15 mpg out of that.

 

I'm pretty sure you're wrong about that with these new hemi trucks, my buddy has a 2011 crew cab hemi that surprises me. 6 spd auto helps too right?

at cruising speed it is just a 4 cylinder....

 

I don't know, I just don't trust those rating. My Honda odyssey is rating at 28mpg. At cruising it shut some cylinders down to save gas. I average 19 mpg. Must be the way I drive.
