Right up ur alley. :thumbup: but you wouldn't have insurance unless you bought some yourself. Plus the pay is not the best but its a job, My crew now is pretty solid just there not always avail. They have to lift heavy loads and move there ass. Time and cubic yds per day is a huge factor but I treat em right. Always gotta give back when there helping me build a name and my pocket. But I still need random help at times when I have a large house to do.
