So I been debating to post a build thread on this forum since I already have a build thread on ls1tech.. Start of my TT project was Oct 6th 2012. There's no being stealthy with a c6 on the streets so what the heck. All work done to this car is from me with a little bit help from some friends and family here in there.. Only time this car seen shop time was rpm in nc in which they manage to forget to adjust the ticks and burnt through 4 slaves.., and all they had to do was install a clutch, ticks m/c, and tune it when I finished the h/c. Brian @ dyno tune motorsports did an awesome job tuning the car.. made 470rwhp and 416rwtq. Well here's my current mod list of the things I done to the car

exterior - tinted windows, cf maggie vented hood ,z06 spolier, tinted headlights, powder coated black c6 rims

engine- ls3 heads milled,.04 head gasket, valve train, custom street cam, push rods, ported l76 intake, ported Tb, obx 1 7/8 headers w high flow resonators, borla quad 4in axle back, powerbond 25% und pulley, 42lb injectors,160 stat, high flow oil pump, arp studs

Drive train- hurst short shifter, ticks master cylinder, monster stage 3 race clutch, arp clutch and flywheel bolts, rpm lvl 6 transmission, BER stage 2 3.90 diff, Hinson diff mounts

suspension- bilstein HD shocks

Rim and tire- nitto 555r 305/45/18 mounted on c6 replicas

This is what I'm doing to it now.. Upp twin turbo kit, FIC resized ls9 injectors,2.5bar map, relocate battery/computer..

Only reason I haven't finished this is due to a missing part... should have it done 100% by Oct 18th.. and hopefully tuned by Brian at dynotune motorsports that week

twin 58's if I'm right.. I'm only going to be running 10psi on 93.. when I get a better fuel system I'll be turning boost up a bit and corn fed. Had to cut the inner fender up and bit.. I spent a lot of time measuring and making precise cuts.. Both inner fenders still need cut on the top part but I'll do that after I get it tuned.. Edited by imstock2

its not to bad really... as you see the piping laying on the inner fender.. well the parts there laying on need's cut.. you have to get a perfect 2 1/8in hole in the inner fender behind the head light on both sides.. everything else just falls into place. yes the piping is only 2in...

The kit is made for stealth... that's why all the piping is black and such... I'll be running open down pipes so stealth isn't for me. Yea got some good runs in.. Sucks the car won't be done this weekend.. would love to take some more cheese away from that evo lol

Your car looks sweet. The hood looks real good too and I love the color. That twin turbo will make that car a even better time to drive. Next time you snap some pics let me know and I'll let you borrow my phone that way we can all see exactly what it is you're taking pics of ;)

Doing the build in greenfield at my pops house.. I'm heading back down there Wednesday when my drop radiator support brace gets in... Crazy the smallest things can hold a build up. I prob have about 2hrs work left before I can load the car up for tuning

So typical idiot.. buy a TT kit and expected everything would work.. I know my drive train will hold up... forgot about fuel... I was expecting to max the fuel system out and buying a new meth kit and bap to hit my 650rwhp goal.. I was about to buy it but now I want more powa! I'm going with aeromotive eliminator pump, fpr, fuel pump controller, fuel rails, and I'll be using my stock fuel line as a return. Now my only limitations will be the ls9 FIC re-sized 78 injectors, monster stage 3 clutch, and stock bottom end of course.. I would like to run e-85 but I'm going to have to do more research about these injectors and how far I can push them before 90% duty cycle. Fuel system a little over kill for a stock bottom end ls2, but I rather have too much than not enough!

that number is with the voltage boosted to 13.5v and on gas. Time you buy an eliminator pump and controller you should just go with a magnafuel or weldon pump that requires no controller. Im sure it will work but it will suck to use a boost a pump to get to 13.5v if you need the extra supply and stress the pump.

Corn just requires so much more fuel. I love it but it just makes the initial buy in for fuel so expensive. GL

Yea I already got some $$$$ in this fuel system... fuel delivery is key to keeping that bottom end together around 700-800rwhp! Hope my bottom end stays together long enough for me to upgrade the brakes n such... as I'm putting this car back together I'm debating either open down pipe's, dual straight pipes from dp back, or put the borla 4in stinger back on... performance wise.. open dp.. sound... borla system.. straight pipes would sound like shit (cackle) but save that extra 35-40lbs the borla system weighs.. I wanna get the car under 3100lbs. Idk what it weighs now but I have my work cut out for me.. even after the turbo set up I'm a good 30-40lbs atleast lighter than a stock base ls2 c6. I painted the inter cooler black, used aluminum flask rivet the cutted inner fender section.. used steel sheet metal and made it to fit on both sides to shield the computer on the passenger side and did same thing on driver side to shield the ticks master cyd.. Just waiting on the IAT sensor, fuel system.. here's some pictures

Lol fitting prices. About 6yrs ago as a jegs employee we could buy a -10 90 that's arround 15 bucks then for about 6. Now employee price is about the same as racer. Proably .30cents off.

When I built my dual a1000s with fittings filters lines. And all the misc and bs in the setup its over 4000 bucks. Lol kills me everytime I think about it.

How much power will you be making? I made arround 950 with a single a1000 on e85 but carbed.

I'm loking forward to seeing your build done. Deff stelth mode!

I still need about 7 more fittings 1 6an 90 bend , 3 6an straight with hose attachment, 2 6an with 3/8 barb attachment ,1 8an straight and 1 45 8an...Good thing I get military discount. the little fuel sender bracket for the aermotive eliminator came up missing somehow... I think my sister threw it away thinking it was trash. I also manage to step on this little plastic tube and break it last night... I';; be limited to the 78lb injectors.. I wont have the turner push them more than 90%dc. I think that'll be before 700hp in which the monster stage 3 clutch is rated for.. I know I need to get a beefy clutch but I went a little over budget on the fuel system.
