Volvo S 60 R awd

My brother has one and shit is always going bad on it. I'll give the car the benefit of the doubt though cause I think it's my brother driving like an idiot. Worst thing about it is the turn radius, I bet your van has a tighter radius. If you want a sport AWD sedan, just buy an S4 (Vulva is probably better on gas though)

I test drove an '07 and loved it. I didn't even notice a turn radius issue but I've read it's a common gripe. Find one with the Aero kid and dash nav and resale value holds strong. If looking for an automatic do not get an 04-05 because there is a 50hp difference between them and the 6mt. In 06-07 they fixed that.

i know you did a decent amount of research. what dealers in columbus would most likely have an s60r in stock to test drive?

Either shitty corner lots with 100k+ ones for $10k or Byers. They actually did get one while I was in the market but it was automatic.. listed on their site as manual. I see that a lot with these things because the shifter kiiiiinda looks like a manual at a glance.

There's only one in Columbus right now but it's automatic and has high mileage and shitty aftermarket wheels.

They're nice finds either with low mileage (if you can afford/want a $15-20k car) or over 100k and are up to date on maintenance. A lot of people get the estimate for the timing belt and sell the car instead. Finding just the right one is a chore, as most kids see "omg $10k turbo awd racecar!" and beat them up. For a DD with a little power they are nice, but I would never mod one.

I would want an auto one. My car I have now is a stick. It sucks drinking my coffee on the way to work and having to shift. As lazy as that sounds its true.

Plus if you happen to cut the end of your finger off it is much easier to drive than a manual. Unfortunatly this I know from first hand experience. :(
